What is Breathwork?

It takes the practitioner into heightened states of consciousness. Within these altered states, trauma can be released, limiting beliefs can be rewritten, and clarity of mind can be attained.

It takes us out of the analytical thinking-mind and into a state of deep presence and connectedness to our body and our feelings.

It helps people release inner suffering in a very short amount of time. Breathwork awakens the body’s internal healing intelligence and allows the practitioner to heal themselves.

You are in the driver seat, controlling your breathe and controlling your own healing experience. I, as the guide, will offer you expert guidance and assistance, but it is you who decides how deep to go.

We give ourselves time to feel our emotions that we push aside in day to day life. This is time to feel our unprocessed trauma and pain. The stagnated energy of trauma that is trapped within our body-mind system has the opportunity to be released.

With real healing taken place, new changes can be made in life that trauma was limiting before. Addictions can be let go of, pain can be released, and new opportunities can enter into life!
